I'd like to hear everyone's opinions about who we should bring in to replace the ageing Giggs, Scholes, Neville and Van der Sar. There are options within the current squad such as Gibson, Rafael etc but who can we bring in?
My personal suggestions:
Giggs - Silva. Some questions over his size, but signing him may pave the way for his mate David Villa.
Scholes - Milner. Looking promising in a central role for Villa and would complement Fletcher well.
Neville - Alves is the world's best in my opinion, but there's absolutely no chance of bringing him to OT.
Van der Sar - Akinfeev (but his asking price may beyond us).

These players are obviously irreplaceable but I would love to see three of those four at Old Trafford. I'm just not sure if Milner is a Champions League player or a very good Europa League player. I just hope that Nani can mature and begin to realise the potential that he undoubtedly has.
