Was the firing of Lampard goal against Tottenham?

As in the quarterfinal round of the Champions League against Real Madrid at White Hart Lane, Tottenham goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes is out of hand the ball, this time after Lampard's shot and the referee awarded the point to Chelsea but the ball did not fully pass on the goal line.
